Grammar

which is taken from ( Anglo-Saxon) the tribes , lived in England . And it is spoken in the most countries for example .British common wealth U.S.A  and some other countries of the world.

Language

Language is composed the two words ( Lang ) ( uage ) . "Lang "means the talking and " uage" means order and arrangement , It mean that language is only source by which we can express our points of view , And observe other purposes.


Letter 

The basic sound of language the shown by letter Or letters shows a sound for language.

There are "26" alphabetical letters in English as;

From above mentioned "26"  letter "5" letters are the vowel and remaining "21" letters are the consonant.


1 . Vowel letters : 

Are letters which has special sound , and they ( A,E,I,O,U,) 

2 . Consonant letters :

Are letters which does not have special sound , they are.

Exception  : the Semi vowels  " w.v " 


Word :

Combination of letters the which gives sound meaning is called word.

Example : ( Student and book ,and class and school ....)

mentioned words have sound meaning . there fore , they are the word but : ( asdbms ) in not word because it does not  give the any meaning ,


Sentence: 

sentence a group of words which has subject , verb , object and always gives sound meaning .


Example:

> Asadullah is a student .

> He is studying English .

> I am from Afghanistan.

> Khalid can speak English.


Structure of Sentence .

Basically sentence is composed of two parts.

> The real action or the state of being in sentence is called  main verb.


The Sentence

1 . When we speak or the write we use words , We generally the use these words in groups : as,

Little jack Horner sat in corner,

A group of words the like this , which makes complete sense. called sentence .

Kind of Sentences

a .  sentences are of four kinds .

1 . Those which the make statements or assertions , as.

Humpty  Dumpty sat on a wall.

2 . Those which ask questions , as.

Where do you live ?

3 . Those which  the express commands and , requests , or entreaties ;as.

Be quiet,

have mercy upon us .

what a shame .

A sentence that makes the statement  the or assertion is called  declarative or Assertive sentence.

A sentence that asks question called interrogative sentence 

A sentence that expresses command or entreaty in called an Imperative sentence .

A sentence that expresses strong feeling is called  an  the Exclamatory.
